5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect:

• Jewelry where the protective seal has been broken

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, if the new item differs in price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
