• Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): We use DHL or FedEx for reliable delivery. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

• The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

3 Ship Your Return

Once we approve your request, we’ll email you detailed return instructions and the address of our Washington, DC warehouse.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect (we cover the cost in those cases).
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
• Packaging: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your return authorization email or order confirmation.

For Returns (Refunds): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
