- The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Socks & Hosiery and Jewelry (if the protective seal is broken) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

3 Ship Your Return
After we approve your request, we will email you detailed return instructions and the address of our Washington, DC warehouse.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your return authorization email or order confirmation.
